Google Search "Internet-based fax service" and you will see various solutions - For free. In my humble opinion, a fee is required to be a little flexible and reliable.

Start http://www.efax.com/en/efax/twa/page/hom search ... But be aware that it was unnecessary to [take] a program that is not appropriate to do something so vulnerable in a system like Vista.

The operating system is the point. That's how you connect to the Internet. Think of it as an HTML-based e-mail [or text] service, which comes by fax at the other end. The compound, also from the same computer is not necessary.

My Account Internet Fax not working. Just "send" and check to see if you receive a fax. As for sending, all you need is your phone, fax [through the service is completed]. Get a number that is the biggest part of their local shippers.

There is no valid technical reason for a local application, if necessary - you simply use your browser [Firefox recommended] and software visualization. The same goes for mobile phone- Use only contain browser - nothing else. If the service is software - use look elsewhere - especially since Vista is the vulnerability of malware.

Good luck, [especially with Vista].
